Do NOT trust this company Ville doors
They installed my door, but they couldn’t find any paperwork and warranty! Door fell apart and stopped working after after two months. Promised to come and sort it in a week - that was a month ago. Now not answering emails, tact’s and phone calls/ Horrible company, and I wish I’d read other reviews before calling them in

8 Months of stress!
Our big mistake of buying front door from Villedoors Door Company. Having placed an order for front door in June 2023, it took until October 2023 to get this door. Despite a lead time on the order the day after the fitting, the door lock failed to operate and we alerted Villedoors to this fact. The next few months became a series of unanswered text messages, phone calls and emails, and waiting at home on at least three occasions for appointments that Ville doors didn’t keep, only to offer increasingly implausible excuses for not doing so! Having read other reviews, this seems to be an increasingly common occurrence. All in all, it was a thoroughly stressful and depressing experience, and we would strongly urge that you do NOT engage with this firm Villedoors !!

The company product packaging and shipping/crating is beyond horrendous and arrived at the job site damaged multiple times. There was zero customer service from seemingly the only employee of the company Ville doors. Despite rejecting delivery both times, the company refused to replace the product or refund the purchase price, despite reporting the damage in real time.

Avoid Villedoors
Still waiting for them to Finnish my door! Avoid like the plague also check Google reviews as I'm not the only one doesn't respond back to any messages or calls

Thet will scam you out of your money
My door hinge broke down, I paid for the service and a unit replacement as it was under the warranty. He never showed up and is not answering the calls.

I would give them a zero if I could . As per other comments they are full of excuses. We have a door that has been nothing but trouble since the day it was fitted. Can't get hold of them. Hopefully gone bust so not inflict stress to anyone else . Con company .

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK
The worst people to do business with. The door look different, the owner is dishonest and does not care about the quality of the door, install or you as a customer. WILL NEVER do business with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! - Keep your money or you will loose it all.. He seems all nice and friendly.. complete SCAM!! we lost 2k. Tryed for months to get hold of him, to be told by him, i have been ill or its a supply problem etc.. LIES!!! we ordered last year 2023 have tryed all sorts to try and get our money back no communication from him what so ever!! So...NO DOOR FITTED!! OR Given, delivered.... NOTHING!!! expect he has taken our money... did our money get used or put towards your other businesses.. So.. we noticed he did take off his website, and tryed stiking off this business ref companies house ref accounts...! How can people like him be allowed to keep opening other businesses..

Avoid Ville doors cheating company
I purchased this door and the middle of the door warped less than 6 months after it was installed. I submitted pictures and have sent several emails to Ville doors and no one will respond. I would purchase with extreme caution.

Sales and Advertising Issues
An order was placed for a grey door see email request below for proof. The buisness Villedoors placed the wrong order for a brown ******** door. This is a classic bate and switch. They didnt have the grey door, but failed to tell us instead sent us a different color without telling us. When we got the wrong color we called them they said we cant do anything. They failed to fix the issue. They are lying on there website as well as over the phone. They need to be investigated for bate and switch fraud
